1. Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds will only be issued if the product is found to be defective, damaged during transit, or not as described in the order.
  • Products must be returned in their original, unused condition, with all packaging, labels, and documentation included.
  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days from the date of receipt. After 7 days, we are unable to process any refund requests.

2. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Customized products or those made to specific measurements (unless defective).
  • Products that have been used, installed, or altered in any way.
  • Products that have been damaged due to improper handling, storage, or misuse.

3. Process for Requesting a Refund

  • We may request photos or videos to assess the damage or defect.
  • Once your refund request is approved, you will receive instructions for returning the product.

4. Refund Method

  • Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • Once your returned product has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product is defective or incorrect.

5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective:

  • Please report the issue immediately (within 48 hours of delivery).
  • We will assess the issue and offer either a full refund or replacement based on the situation.
  • We may request you to send us pictures of the damaged or defective product.

6. Exchange Policy
